Hi My name is Albino, I live in Long Beach Southern California, I been working online for about 2 years now. I was diagnose with prostate cancer in 2012 and since it had not spread I had it remove.  After my surgery I decided to live healthy and exercise more often and eat more healthy. The information and products here some of them had been tried by myself and the others are base on my search. I hope you can find some use in this pages and the products as well.
